Blogging
On this page you will find some examples of class blogs as well as blogs for sharing ideas and resources that may help your professional development. It will show you different uses of blogs and hopefully inspire you to create your own. We use blogs at Roydon Primary School to jazz up a static website. This also means that the website content is not the responsibility of a single person.
Scroll down to find out about some free online blogging tools. There are helpsheets for blogger (the first one that I used). Once you start blogging, you will realise how easy (and addictive) it is!

Class blogThis is my class blog from 2010-11, which was used to share information with parents, carers and the wider community.
There is also a workbook attached, which is a blog that is used to support the children's learning. Other class blogs are created for children to share their thoughts and opinions - example coming soon! Some magical ICT resourcesMartin (ICTmagic) uses his blog and his wiki to share a wealth of resources. Could you do the same?
For examples of children's ICT work in the primary, check out the 'be inspired by ICT' blog Create your own blogs
